What is Rodizio?

Rodizio is a popular Brazilian-style barbecue; a continuous service of a wide variety of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and chicken that are slowly cooked with special grills to preserve all their natural juices and flavors.

Enjoy this adventure along with the unique style and tradition of the Brazilian Passadors. We suggest you start with a light salad course, and then signal the Passadors that you are ready to begin the Rodizio by turning the card on your table to the green side. To take a break, simply turn the card to the red side.

The Rodizio includes unlimited visits to our gourmet buffet with a wide variety of fresh vegetables, seafood, imported cheeses, and unique salads, plus our delicious Brazilian hot dishes.

THE 5 STEPS TO THE RODIZIO GRILL DINING EXPERIENCE

Sit down, relax, and enjoy a Caipirinha or any of our delicious Cocktails while we explain our unique dining experience.

Take a plate and visit our gourmet salad and sides bar, enjoy many items from Brazilian street food, to fresh cut vegetables and varied Brazilian side dishes.

Once you are back at your table and ready for the meat to be served, turn your card green side up, to let our Passadors know you are ready to begin tableside meat service.

Choose from many different cuts of delicious charcoal fire roasted meats including lamb, beef, pork, chicken and our gourmet home made sausages, brought straight to your table, sliced, and served by our Passadors.

When you are satisfied or need a break, flip the card to the red side until you are ready for more. Be sure to leave room and end your meal with one of our Brazilian style desserts, made in house daily.
